Amazing staff all the way around. The providers Jessica and Danielle are very attentive, efficient and always make sure their patients receive the absolute best care. Thank you for always going above and beyond for your patients! From checking in at the front desk, to being taken back by the MA's to be evaluated, my experience has always been outstanding from start to finish.

Danielle was horrible and rude when I 1st saw her. I came for being sick and asthma attack. I couldn’t breathe. I was already w 4 days with symptoms. I wasn’t seen right away. I was as told I’d be tested for RsV, covid, flu. I ended up w RSV, septic and asthma flare up when I went to the ER. The ER took me right away and said I was really sick and good I came. She didn’t do anything but give me a steroid shot. That was upon request. With a high HR btwn 150-170. It was fluctuating I asked for a breathing treatment. She said go to the ER. I went to the ER. I ended up w RSV. That’s when I realized they didn’t test me for it. The ER said they at least should’ve given me that, ekg, chest xr and a breathing treatment. That’s how sick I was. Which this UC didn’t. Was seen within a few min. They all about reviews they don’t treat symptoms. Slow down. I’m human. Help me along the way.

I came into Ascension urgent care with my auntie and the experience was honestly great. The nurse named Samantha was very pleasant and improved our experience. I’d give the place 10 stars if I could!

I came in both depressed and having severe asthma problems. They were all so pleasant and thorough that I really think, it was the most memorable care I have ever received. They all had smiles,and were very good with any explanations, and not overbesring.. I left breathing somewhat better, and with a smile on my face. Amazing.

Michael Tuffo Is the “doctor” that saw me. I told him I had white on my tonsils and had gotten it last year around the same time as well, it was not strep then and is not now. I needed an antibiotic to treat it like i did last time and he completely wrote it off and would not prescribe it. He also did not check my lymph nodes like he should have. Very unprofessional. I’m highly disappointed because i love all the other staff here but he should not be treating people.

I wish I could leave a good review because everyone was very friendly but Jessica completely misdiagnosed me and gave me the wrong medications. I came in with complete hearing loss in my left ear, ringing in the ears, headache, and dizziness. She said my ear canal was swollen and red and gave me drops meant for an external ear infection. I ended up in the ER the next day when my condition got worse and they said there is zero swelling or redness of the canal like she said but I have a severe inner ear infection and there is pus around my eardrum and my eardrum is most likely ruptured now. They said I should have been given oral antibiotics and a referral for an ENT. Very disappointed.

Besides the fact that I had a painful foot. I was very impressed with the service I received. Greated with a smile at the front desk by Maddie and MA, Samantha was very nice and helpful, service with a smile. Dr. Danielle Elliot was probably one of the best doctors I have seen. She had an awesome bedside manner. She also let me know how the medication she gave could possibly react with the medication I was already taking and was very descriptive about my injury and the next steps I needed to take. Above all every one I delt with where accommodating even though it was late in the evening right before they closed.

I came in because while camping I believed I had a bug in my ear. Kristen my MA confirmed this and washed my ears out and removed the bug. I can now hear better than ever. Very satisfied with the medical service. If you need urgent care I highly recommend this clinic. Kristen was also very cute which was a bonus.
